Not even close. Most of our over-40 clients start exactly where you are. That's what the initial health screening is for — we meet you where you are, not where Instagram thinks you should be. Your coach designs everything around your current ability and builds from there. Slowly, safely, and with precision form.

If something needs clinical attention first, we'll refer you to one of our physio or osteopath partners. We work around what hurts and strengthen what's weak.

AC coaches hold certifications in sports rehabilitation alongside strength and conditioning. They can read your physio's clinical notes and speak the same language. We're not guessing — we're trained for this.

Every session is monitored — your coach watches your movement, adjusts load in real time, and knows when to pull back. We also maintain a referral network with Hong Kong's top physiotherapists and osteopaths. If something flares up, we refer back immediately. No ego.

Sports Performance

That's exactly who this is for. Most of our performance clients aren't beginners — they're runners, Hyrox competitors, weekend athletes, and former pros who've hit a ceiling training alone. If you've been doing the same thing for months and your numbers aren't moving, that's the gap we fill.

Most PTs design workouts. We design programs. There's a difference. Your coach builds a periodised plan around your sport, your schedule, and your current performance data — then adjusts it week to week based on how you respond. It's structured, tracked, and progressive.

The fitter you are, the harder it is to improve on your own — diminishing returns, programming blind spots, form inefficiencies you can't see. That's where coaching makes the biggest difference. Our coaches come from professional sports backgrounds — they know how to find and fix the 2-3% improvements that break plateaus.

Yes. We have a Hyrox HK Doubles Champion on coaching staff but every coach here understands the demands of the event. We don't have a full Hyrox rig on site — no sled track or SkiErg wall — but the movements aren't exotic. Hyrox is won with elite strength-endurance programming, and that's our bread-and-butter. Your coach will build a structured prep plan around pacing strategy, station transitions, and the conditioning base that'll keep you at the front of the pack.

Every session is 1-on-1 in our private studio. Your coach runs you through your programmed workout for that day — warm-up, main work, conditioning, cool-down. They're watching your form on every rep, adjusting load in real time, and coaching cues throughout. It's 60 minutes of focused, expert-guided training.

Prenatal & Postnatal

Yes — and for most women, it's actively recommended by medical professionals. The key is having a coach who knows what's safe at each stage and what to avoid. We modify exercises trimester by trimester, monitor how you're feeling each session, and adjust in real time. If your doctor or midwife has any specific restrictions, we work within those.

That depends on your delivery and recovery. Most women can begin gentle core and pelvic floor work at 6-8 weeks postpartum (after medical clearance). We don't rush it — your first sessions focus on reconnecting with your core, assessing any diastasis recti, and rebuilding a foundation before progressing to anything more demanding.

Yes. Core rehabilitation including diastasis recti is a core part of our postnatal programming. We assess the separation, build a progressive plan to close the gap and rebuild deep core function, and coordinate with your pelvic floor physio if you're working with one.

Pilates builds muscle and control, but it's not the most effective method for maximizing strength or raw power. Our approach builds functional strength — the kind that helps you carry a car seat, push a pram uphill, and get through a delivery with power and endurance. We also provide 1-on-1 attention with modifications specific to your body, not a group class following a generic sequence.

Yes. Our coaches hold specialist certifications in women's health and pre/postnatal exercise. This isn't a general fitness certification with a pregnancy module bolted on — it's dedicated training in how the body changes during pregnancy and postpartum, and how to programme safely through each stage.
